Unified VMS: Integrating two publishing platforms without disrupting the workflows users relied on.

Following Minute Media’s acquisition of STN Video, I led UX for bringing established video-management workflows into the Voltax platform while navigating legacy behaviour, technical constraints, and an existing design system.
