Hi, I’m Keltie.

I love design because it shapes the way we experience the world. It can turn confusion into clarity, hesitation into confidence, and everyday interactions into thoughtful moments of delight.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across product design, UX, brand, and communications design, helping organizations turn complex ideas into experiences that feel intuitive, useful, and human.

My career began in visual and communications design, where I learned the importance of storytelling, hierarchy, clarity, and craft. Over time, I found myself increasingly interested in what was happening underneath the surface. Why are we making this? Who is it for? What does that person actually need? How can we make something complicated feel simple and natural?

That curiosity eventually pulled me into UX and product design.

Today, I bring those worlds together. I combine the strategic thinking of product design with the communication and visual design skills that first brought me into this profession.

I don’t really see visual design and UX as separate things. Beauty isn’t something you add once the experience is finished. Typography affects how we understand information. Hierarchy guides attention. Brand creates emotion and trust. And a beautiful interface that’s frustrating to use isn’t good design.

I also believe the best work rarely happens in isolation. I love working with developers, designers, clients, product teams, and stakeholders, asking questions, sharing ideas, getting feedback, and making things better together.

Ultimately, I think design is about making meaning out of complexity. It’s about building a bridge between what technology can do and what people actually need, then making the experience feel thoughtful, useful, beautiful, and human.

That’s the kind of work I want to keep doing.

If you’re shaping something new, improving an existing experience, or working through a complicated design problem, I’d love to hear about it.

“I had the pleasure of working with Keltie for many years. Over the course of our careers at STN I watched Keltie grow and expand her skillset from graphic designer to learning about UX/UI and eventually taking ownership of product design. Keltie has wonderful taste and has amplified it by being data driven when it comes to product design decisions. She has the capacity to keep the needs and goals of the business in mind while making design decisions related to product. She was such a delight to work with, fun, inspiring, hard working and accountable. She isn’t afraid to stand up for what she believes in, and is humble enough to accept alternatives, to learn and grow. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with or hire Keltie if the opportunity presented itself.”

“I had the pleasure of managing Keltie at Minute Media, previously STN Video. One of the most rewarding aspects of that experience was witnessing Keltie grow from a talented graphic designer into a UX and Product Designer. From the beginning of working together, what always stood out was Keltie’s inquisitive nature, her willingness to embrace new challenges, and continuously expand her skills. Through this, her role evolved as she consistently demonstrated strong product thinking, a user-centered approach to design, and the ability to solve complex problems with both creativity and practicality. She approached every project with curiosity and a genuine desire to create better experiences for users.

Beyond her design expertise, Keltie has a remarkable ability to build relationships and bring people together across teams. She works well with stakeholders at all levels and is able to navigate different perspectives to move projects forward. Her communication skills, empathy, and collaborative mindset made her a trusted and dependable colleague.

One of the qualities I appreciated most was Keltie’s willingness to step in wherever help was needed. Whether taking on a new challenge, supporting a teammate, or adapting to shifting priorities, she consistently brought a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach. She equally helped foster a positive and supportive team environment when the organization was going through an acquisition and served as an anchor to others during this time.

Any organization would be fortunate to have Keltie on their team. I recommend her wholeheartedly and would be honored to have her on my team again should a future opportunity arise.”
